Harvey Taylor

Harvey is a highly experienced trainer, facilitator, public speaker and coach. He has a 1st class honours degree in Creative Arts and is also an NLP master practitioner (neuro linguistic programming, see Articles for more info). He aso has a certificate in Hypnotherapy from the London College of Clinical Hypnosis and is currently studying for his diploma. Since commencing as a trainer with British Telecom in 1990, Harvey has trained and supported thousands of managers in hundreds of small, medium and corporate businesses in the UK and abroad. With a background in psychology gained as a RELATE counsellor and as a psychometric test trainer, Harvey specialises in helping people to dramatically improve their ability to deal with anything and anyone, quickly and comfortably.He has been an Investors in People adviser for the last 8 years. He is a great speaker, trainer and coach. He also performs dramatic monologues, writes novels and plays and experiments daily on his three children (and that really isn't as bad as it sounds!). Jane Taylor

Jane is the HR brain behind HBT. She has a degree in social administration and a fellowship in management from Ashridge College of Management. Jane has been instrumental in formulating HBT's generic employee handbook. She also provides HR consultancy to small and medium sized businesses and supports the recruitment and selection services provided by the company. As an HR manager for the last 20 years, working with engineering companies, charities and also in the medical field, Jane understands the importance of having clear policies and documentation as well as excellent HR practice. She also experiments on children, but mostly on Harvey.

Lisa Pierson

Lisa Pierson is an accredited life coach, mentor, trainer and personal coaching consultant working from Christchurch in Dorset. In the past, Lisa has developed a new business idea from scratch, running it from a sole tradership to limited company status in 5 years, through to sale. Lisa is also an expert in sales and marketing and has extensive experience in this field, working in a £3m turnover family business for 14 years. In addition she has expertise in patenting, IPR, franchising and partnerships.
