The Programme

The HBT Self-Hypnosis Programme runs over one week-end. By the end of the programme you will be able to:

  • understand how self-hypnosis works
  • explain key approaches to hypnosis
  • create and administer your own self-hypnosis trances (inductions) 
  • make positive changes to the way you think, feel and behave by designing and delivering your own post-hypnotic suggestions
  • negotiate positive changes and solutions with your own unconscious
  • understand the process of reframing
  • plan and implement your own programme of personal change built around key personal and professional goals
